  • Personal Development Plans: We utilize a PDP as a strategic roadmap that equips the employee with valuable information on actionable plans to leveraging his/her strengths and addressing development opportunities identified through the PEP.
  • Employee Engagement: We invite all individuals to take Employee Engagement Surveys throughout the year. We are committed to analyzing the results and facilitate workshops to explore possible solutions and implement action plans for key areas identified as opportunities for development.
