Health Benefits*
Our health benefits are designed to recognize you and your eligible dependents' individual needs and give you the flexibility to design a plan that works best for you.
- Medical — You have the choice of deductible options and service providers. You and your spouse/domestic partner are eligible for the Health Assessment and Tobacco-Free credits.
- Dental — You can choose a specific dental plan.
- Vision — You can enroll in vision coverage.
- Salary Redirection — You can choose to have a certain amount of pretax dollars allocated to a Health Care Account and/or Dependent Care Account. Download the Health Savings Accounts FAQs.
- Life Insurance — You can choose basic and/or optional life insurance.
- Accident Insurance — You can enroll in accident insurance.
- Dependent Life Insurance — You can choose life insurance for your spouse/domestic partner and/or your eligible children.

Vacation Benefits*
- Vacation — After six months of service, you begin to accrue vacation. You earn a fourth of your annual vacation entitlement each quarter). Employees with less than five years accrue up to two weeks of vacation annually. After five years you receive three weeks; after ten years, four weeks; after 20 years, five weeks and after 25 years, six weeks.
- Holidays — There are 12 paid holidays each year, ten that are pre-designated and two are personal choice days. Personal choice holidays may be pro-rated for new hires.
- Leaves of Absence — Various personal, family, medical or military leave options are available (minimum service requirements apply).

- LifeCycle Assistance — Assistance for events such as childcare, health care benefits for extended household members, and mortgage assistance for first time home buyers (minimum service requirements apply).
- Elder Care Consultation and Referral — Support with identifying services and facilities to help with elderly family members.
- Xerox Employee Assistance Program (XEAP) — You and family members have direct access to confidential counseling for personal problem resolution. XEAP also provides help to balance your work-life responsibilities. Resources can help with things like childcare referrals, college selection, adoption and dealing with stress.
